Austin, Texas, Feb. 20, 2019 -- Wellbody, a health and wellness startup founded by Austin couple Brandon and Lori Miranda, today announces the launch of the Wellbody app. With a mission to inspire and support people to live healthier, happier, and more meaningful lives, this app is the first of its kind to take a holistic view across the five pillars of health and wellness -- nutrition, exercise and movement, sleep, stress management, and connection -- and make it accessible to everyone. About Brandon and Lori Miranda
Brandon comes from the Austin tech startup world, where he led teams at Bazaarvoice and SpareFoot. Lori is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a Certified Nutrition Consultant, and has a background in Health and Human Services. She was most recently a Planner for the Travis County Health & Human Services Department. The couple met and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. Brandon went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from York University in Toronto, and Lori earned a Master of Science in Social Work from UT-Austin. They live in Austin’s Zilker neighborhood with their two children.
